I am using Wix 3.6 RC0 release. Created a bootstrapper application with
one MSI embedded. I did not give the bootstrapper a name so it will not
show up in the ARP list. The embedded MSI has a name and an entry in the
control panel. When I manually uninstall the MSI itself, and then run the
bootstrapper Setup.exe again. The bootstrapper thinks it is already
installed and prompted me a Modify/Remove dialog. I have to uninstall the
bootstrapper. This means the bootstrapper resides in the registry somehow
and still recognized. Is there a way to make a real silent bootstrapper
that just get the main software installed without leaving any trace.

Otherwise, it can be confusing to the end user. I could however show an
ARP for the bootstrapper itself and hide the MSI package from the ARP list.
However, the bootstrapper does not have any functionality. In addition,
when I tried to uninstall the bootstrapper in this case, the embedded MSI
package is not uninstalled (maybe this is a seperate issue) this time. So
this combination is not ideal.

Can this issue be solved elegantly with this Wix release?
