It is possible to write managed bootstrapper in .Net 2.0? All the example code 
I have found uses "Threading.Dispatcher.CurrentDispatcher" but that isn't 
available in .Net 2.0 so I was wondering if there was an alternative.

(My logic for using 2.0 was that it was more likely to be present on the target 
OS than any other version.)
