Ok to test Repair I manually delete some files and rerun the installer. It puts back all the file at the same places again (great, I guess). But even if i don't delete or touch any files and just simply runs the repair. Same thing happens. the registry gets deleted but other two remains the same and this only happens on Maintenance mode repair else Right-click repair has normal behavior?
I am unable to track this behavior.
