Now, the problem: I have created a few .msi packages with InstallerVersion="450" and tried to run them on a Windows XP SP2 machine with Windows Installer 4.5 correctly installed; unfortunately, the packages fail to execute, reporting the following error ----- This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service.
