Thanks for the prompt reply and the question.
I am making an alteration to the features available on a VOIP dialer. My 
customers require a the dialer not to show the rates or available call time. To 
achieve this I needed to change the information on one of the dll files. 
FYI after installation of the application, if I edit that particular .dll file 
within the application folder and run the dialer, it works very well. But the 
customer cannot do this. I need to provide the installer file with the modified 
dll file.
