Heh, heh, yeah, you'll go into an infinite loop if the two equal bundles keep upgrading each other. I bet you ended up with thousands of burn processes running trying to upgrade each other. Heh.
You probably need to throw in the "relationType" provided from the Command line to make sure you don't start another upgrade when you are doing an upgrade.
