I haven't tried it, but have you tried just invoking the Project or Solution via MSBuild?

I have successfully build .msi files for individual bundle components and I have successfully built a Bundle definition that works inside of Visual Studio. I have also integrated the WiX command set for building non-Burn .msi files into the system with Candle and Light. While the XML configuration for Bundles is pretty well documented, any hint of command line interface doesn't appear to be described at all. Can anybody point me to an example or doc that describes a manual build sequence?
