Huge thanks for this article. The key set of commands to codesign my
Burn/WiX setup program I'm now using are:
insignia -ib MySetup.exe -o tempsetup.exe
signtool sign /a tempsetup.exe
insignia -ab tempsetup.exe MySetup.exe -o MySetup.exe
signtool sign /a MySetup.exe
Awesomeness. No more ugly yellow line and darkened screen.
