I'm trying to use the source for wix 3.6 as a sample of how to use wix. The documentation/tutorials seem to be very thin about bootstrapping and creating custom wpf UI's so I figured the best way to learn would be to look at the code that WiX developers use. I am just wondering what WiX devs use to write WiX? Do they just use a text editor because none of the projects work properly in VS2010. After moving files to strange places resulting from various load errors when opening a solution, I am now stuck trying to look at Wpf xaml file because none of the references of the project can be found (they have exclamation marks next to them). When I try to remove and re-add a reference it doesn't change anything and the reference is still broken. Is there a resource somewhere on how to get the source code to work in VS2010?
