I checked the install logs and it appears to be finding evidence of VS2012. Maybe has something to do with the previous VS Express 2010 and lower versions which have been uninstalled. I also uninstalled and re-installed VS2012 Pro with no results. Unfortunately I can't reference WIX from within Visual Studio. I can reference InstallShield.
