I have a windows service that requires at least .NET 2. However I have found that on Windows 7 Embedded the windows service will fail to start if .NET4 Client is installed. The solution is to do a 'full' .NET 4 install. How can I create a condition that says ".NET2 or greater but if .NET4 is installed ensure it is Full not client".
