Thanks Steven. Thanks for the detailed response. I have a couple of more questions: -I have built a test installer using Lux. However, i do observe that the test installer is missing a lot of standard actions and standard msi tables generally present in a msi. Some of the missing standard action are: -AppSearch -MigrateFeatureStates and many more
Some of the tables which are missing are: -Upgrade table and many more I have few custom actions which execute a certain piece of code based upon the value of the properties being set in the Upgrade table. Hence i wanted to know as to how i would test the properties which are set using the standard actions such as AppSearch, MigrateFeatureStates etc Kindly let me know Regards, Kiran Hegde -- View this message in context: http://windows-installer-xml-wix-toolset.687559.n2.nabble.com/Lux-Custom-action-testing-framework-Advantages-tp7579491p7582305.html Sent from the wix-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LogMeIn Rescue: Anywhere, Anytime Remote support for IT.
