If you're using MSI packages, you shouldn't need to detect that the MSIs
are already installed (Burn will do that for you). You could have
one condition and just use "VersionNT64".

Also, detecting MSIs installed using the ProductCode in the ARP registry
key seems really wrong. util:ProductSearch would be more appropriate
(although should still be unnecessary in this scenario).
