Have you read through the various documentation: manual, tutorial, book at http://wixtoolset.org/? I would start by learning the basic of building a WiX project before jumping into installing a website. Installing a website is an advanced topic. To do so, you will need to use the WiX IIS extension. But I'd learn the basics first.
