Did the version of .Net that Wix is built against change from v3.6 to v3.7? I know that the .Net 4.5 installer adds some certificates, so if assemblies are built against .Net 4.5 they can have certificate errors when installed on systems that don't have .Net 4.5 installed. If the .Net version didn't change, then I have no idea what is going on. --matt
