- Does Windows 7 (without servicepack) support .NET Framework 4.5? This page tells it does: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8z6watww.aspx This page tells it does NOT: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 The same files are referenced from bouth pages. It seems to work well to install .NET 4.5 on a Windows 7 computer.
