How can I read a value from an application's xml config file and present the value in a dialog?
Scenario: During an install a dialog prompts the user for a port number. That port number is written to an application config file using the WIXUtilExtension XmlFile custom action element. During an upgrade install, I would prefer that the dialog present the port number which was read from the application config file.
