Hi, If you ever set permissions on folder through LockPermissions table then the permission on folder is overwritten so that it has only permissions explicitly specified in table. E.g. if you set permission to some user then that folder will have permissions only for the user. Deferred custom action that runs in system context does not have access to folder that has permission only to specified user. This can be a reason of 'denied' access.
