The RTM builds should be self-contained Bundles, no internet connection necessary (except maybe for NETFX v4). That error seems to suggest the Bundle is somehow corrupted since files are failing to be extracted out of the attached container.
Does the exact same bundle work on other machines? I'm not exactly sure what would cause the issues you are seeing. Is it always the same payload failing?
