I came across this broken link in the help, both on the web and in the 3.7.1224 chm, on the page titled "Code Pages" the link named 'localization files'.
I tried to go to the bugs link on SourceForge but did not understand how to report this bug. Sorry. (I want to get up to speed and help out on some of these issues.)
