When using the "old way" of creating patches
(http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix3/patch_building.htm) the documentation
states that /PatchCreation/Family/@SequenceStart must be greater than the last
sequence in the file table. If I omit this attribute, I end up with a file
with a sequence of 2. I previously had this as a large value, but it wasn't
greater than the number of files within the package (yet the patch still
installs).

What would the fallout of these issues be if I hadn't caught it before
releasing it?
Why isn't the attribute defaulted to the max sequence in all of the MSI's + 1
if the attribute is omitted?

Thanks,
Jacob
