Writing documentation required a depth of knowledge which I don't presently
have.  The WiX documentation suffers from presuming the user already has a
deep understanding.

Take a look at "Fundamental Tools and Concepts".  There's NOTHING there!
No concepts at all!  It's nothing more than a list of lists.  Given the
name of the section, one might think reading it would lead to a better
understanding of WiX.  One would be wrong.

Right afterward is "Creating Installation Package Bundles".  With a little
reading on that page we learn that a bundle is a *collection* of
installation packages.  Well, that's all well and good.  But do I need to
do that if I only have a collection with one member?  And how do I make
each of those installation packages?  Not a word.

We go from the "Fundamental Concept" that WiX is a list of things we don't
understand, to putting a bunch of stuff we don't know how to make into a
larger thing we're not sure we need.
