As I imagine it, checks for prerequisites would be performed silently. If all pre-req's are already installed, it would launch right into the MSI(s). If any pre-req's need to be installed, they would be, while an informational message is displayed, perhaps with a progress bar. It would be okay for the BA to display a list of the pre-req's it discovered need to be installed, with a "OK/Cancel" option, but if there are no prerequisites to install, it should be silent.
