There's a manual which is a large. And I want to be able to use it from
MBA and also install it with an MSI package. Ideally without waisting
disk/download capacity on a file dublicate.
Currently the MsiPackage and the BootstrapperApplicationRef elements
define the same Payload, with just a different Id.
I tried using a PayloadGroup and PayloadGroupRef which result in an
erron, when the bootstrapper is started:
[1BD0:1E1C][2013-10-23T12:10:11]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to find
payload.
[1BD0:1E1C][2013-10-23T12:10:11]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to parse
payload references.
[1BD0:1E1C][2013-10-23T12:10:11]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to parse
packages.
[1BD0:1E1C][2013-10-23T12:10:11]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to load
manifest.
[1BD0:1E1C][2013-10-23T12:10:11]e000: Error 0x80070490: Failed to
initialize core.
And i tried an uncompressed Payload, but the compiler ignores it with
warning.
warning LGHT1127: A UX Payload ('...') was marked for something other
than embedded packaging, possibly because it included a @DownloadUrl
attribute. At present, UX Payloads must be embedded in the Bundle, so
the requested packaging is being ignored.
Any adwise?
