https://wix.codeplex.com/license I'm not a lawyer, but the intent of the license is such that if you modify the Wix source you need to contribute it. Building installers from Wix doesn't have any impact for commercial products. On the other hand, if you went in to WixStdBA and fixed bugs within it or the toolset, then you are required to provide the source code.
