Hello We have a custom managed Burn bootstrapper where we would like to implement the ability for our Customers to extract the bundled msi/exes via a command line flag.
Searching Google I have not found a way to do this. Currently the only way to extract it Seems to be to pass the bundle into Dark (which our customers won't have installed). Have I missed something here, is there a supported way of doing this? If there is no "official" way of doing this, would it be possible for me to reference wix.dll In my managed bootstrapped and use the public APIs (Unbinder etc) to extract it? Or would this Be against the license agreement or something as we would then have to ship the dll with our bootstrapper? Thanks in advance :) Simon ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Android is increasing in popularity, but the open development platform that developers love is also attractive to malware creators.
