I did see that either would build if I was consistent. Is one or the other more correct? In other words, are there any tutorials or code samples out there that people might be copying and pasting that I would want to match prefix case with? ( I know plenty like this exists for the util extension. )

Namespace prefixes are like variable names: they are case-sensitive, but you can call them whatever you want, as long as the declaration and the uses are the same (including case).
