If the cached MSI were deleted, when burn ran, unless you were uninstalling
burn would recache the MSI before running (whatever) operation, and if you know
that the MSI requires source for uninstall you should be able to recache the
package during the plan, right?
So, the window for a resolve source should be quite narrow...
