Thanks Blair for the quick response.
I should have been more clear.. What i meant was that all of the  .msi
installers were configured for major upgrades.

I figured out the problem. The problem is with the bootstrapper C++ code.

One last thing: With AlwaysInstallElevated, when the installer runs in
maitenance mode and the logged on user is a standard user, why does it throw
up an error code of 1625?
