I have posted a question on StackOverflow asking how to digitally sign a bootstrapper: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20381525/wix-digitally-sign-bootstrapper-project. I can successfully sign an installer (MSI file) but am having some issues with the bootstrapper (EXE file).
I would appreciate any input on this.
