There is a bug open about the lack of namespace handling. Be awesome if someone was to fix it.

It seems WiX doesn't support declaring namespace prefixes to be used in the XPath expression, so you'd have to use the ugly "/foo/*[local-name() = 'bar']/*[local-name() = 'quux']".
