Get a verbose log and look for "in use" messages or other stuff that refers to a reboot - you'll need to see what's going on. Keep in mind that suppressing the reboot doesn't automatically get rid of all the reasons a reboot might be necessary, and the MSI is returning the result (probably the 3010 result) saying that a reboot will necessary to complete the installation, and it didn't do one because you asked it not to. --------------- Phil Wilson
