As far as I understood from the tutorial that you linked, I don't need
<ComponentGroupRef Id="SimpleWebAppGroup" />
so, I deleted it. But now I got
light.exe : error LGHT0204 : ICE03: Not a valid foreign key; Table:
FeatureComponents, Column: Feature_, Key(s): ProductFeature.WebAppSettings
