I'm in the process of adding a large amount of missing i18n for the firewall and util extensions. My initial attack is for 5 Western-European locales, but a total of 39 locales shortly after that. Assuming that all goes well, these additions will then be submitted back to hopefully become part of the next Wix release. The current firewall extension localizations in the Wix 3.8 release are only for US-English and traditional Japanese. Similarly, there are only four util extension localizations, and I'm going to have to add 35 more. I'm basing all of my new translations on the existing English wxl file, which has an MS-RL copyright notice for the Outer Curve Foundation. I'm not a copyright expert, so I need a bit of help here.
