Sign your bundle with an Authenticode Certificate. My antivirus also deletes any unsigned executable, even one that I just completed. While there is an option to release the bundle from quarantine, it still deleted it. It's not really a Wix issue. Some antivirus scanners are also owned by the folks that sell code signing certificates and they choose to treat any unsigned executable as malware.
