You should do the obvious things first and see what you find. The file seems to be missing because... you've got a missing file error at that location:
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{6f998459-8c96-468d-add4-c3fbae829931}\Application_1.1.0.3.exe [0E6C:10D4][2014-08-13T12:03:59]e000: Error 0x80070002: Failed to initialize package from related bundle id: {6f998459-8c96-468d-add4-c3fbae829931} so is it there in that location? If it is in fact at that location then check the security of the location because failed access to a file is typically reported as a missing file. You've already said it's related to rare machine configurations, not the actual WiX installs that work everywhere else, yes? --------------- Phil Wilson On Mon, Oct 6, 2014 at 9:58 PM, Vadivel Natarajan <vadiv...@syncfusion.com> wrote: > Hi All, > > Can anyone please help on this? > > Thanks. > > -----Original Message----- > From: Vadivel Natarajan [mailto:vadiv...@syncfusion.com] > Sent: 22 September 2014 09:42 AM > To: General discussion about the WiX toolset. > Subject: Re: [WiX-users] No progress in installation > > Hi All, > > Could anyone please look into this and provide us a solution for the > installation problem specified in below threads? > > Thanks in Advance!! > > -----Original Message----- > From: Vadivel Natarajan [mailto:vadiv...@syncfusion.com] > Sent: 17 September 2014 12:21 PM > To: General discussion about the WiX toolset. > Subject: Re: [WiX-users] No progress in installation > > Hi, > > No. We don't have installed any antivirus in an effected machines.
