I've posted the code and log as well. I tested this with a small C# application with no dependency to build or import/copy/install i.e. just a simple application. And tested with TfvcTemplate as well as old DefaultTemplate, and facing same issue i.e. building on older DefaultTemplate while only Wix is not able to see its files when it is on TfvcTEmplate...
