Out of luck. Real ICO files are needed. Burn supports PNG files, but you can have issues on XP if you use them (if that matters to you).

Part two: When I pin the shortcut to the Taskbar, clicking on it (to start the app) generates a 2nd icon on the task bar that displays the icon from the app but it doesn't overlay the pinned short cut icon. Any idea why not? And what I can do to get it to do so?
