His earlier post " Ok I found the answer - "use the source Luke". In secureobj.cpp which is the code that run PermissionEx account names like "NetworkService" are coded to lookup the account using the well known SID values not as I had assume by looking up the name "NetworkService" like non-known accounts. There are 10 special account names you can use, I think this should be added to the documentation - I will try and do this and raise a bug with the patch.
