Hi, I have very confused with following stuffs. *1.* I have some dlls to be copied and registered to GAC. So i have created sub folder "GAC Comps" inside "Components" folder. So how can i tell the heat to make the files that are inside the "GAC comps" to register to GAC , not other files outside. So, *how to add a pre-build event using heat.*
*2.* I have to register some COM+ applications in our installer. I have kept COM+ related files in separate directory called "COMPlus Comps" inside "Components" Folder. I have added pre-build event to harvest directory using heat. after all components harvested i set the COM+ related extension attributes inside the COM+ components. But if i re-build the project , the pre-build event harvests the directory again to generate components. Hence all the COM+ extension attributes, roles,assembly and configurations are getting removed. So, *How to preserve additional attributes of components between every run of heat.* Please help me on this.
