After a lot of advice from this group, I implemented some functionality where I encrpyt part of a file that is installed. I do this with a deferred custom action.
Now it won't uninstall. If I remove the custom action then it uninstalls. How do I rollback this action? If a full rollback will remove the file then I could get away with the uninstall actually not doing anything with the file i.e. I would not want an "undo" on encryption!
