Hello. I enable feature selection by EnableFeatureSelection="yes" and control features in own bootstrapper application by OnPlanMsiFeature event. But when processing minor upgrade of msi package property REINSTALL is absent and files don't upgrade (if they not exist in ADDLOCAL property). It is bug of bootstrapper engine?
