When I install a newer bundle on a system with older bundle already
installed(the same UpgradeCode) newer bundle automatically uninstalls the
older bundle. But when the older bundle has pending reboot(i.e., when
install newer bundle before rebooting of older bundle, probably because a
user chose to reboot later for older bundle.) newer bundle fails to
uninstall the older one. (It appears that Burn cannot uninstall a bundle
with pending reboot until the system is restarted.)

In this situation(failure in uninstalling older bundle) I want to cancel the
installation of the newer bundle. But I don't know how to detect the failure
in uninstalling older bundle. How can I detect the failure in uninstalling
older bundle in Burn major upgrade process?
