We are doing an internal release of a product that is still in testing and
because of the changes between to the latest version, it cannot be
installed as an upgrade.

I have the following in place now to prevent the upgrade:

    <MajorUpgrade Disallow="yes"
                  DisallowUpgradeErrorMessage="Versions 1.0.1 must first be
uninstalled before installing this version of $(var.ProductName)"
                  DowngradeErrorMessage="A newer version of
$(var.ProductName) is already installed." />

But how can I code this such that any version (1.0.2 or later) will show
this message only if the currently installed product is version 1.0.1.

For instance, the message should be displayed when trying to upgrade from
1.0.1 -> 1.0.2, 1.0.3, etc but not when upgrading from version 1.0.2 ->
1.0.3.
