Curiously I saw this behavior repeatedly today with one of my experimental setups built against 3.10.1403. I was experimenting with moving my msi packages each of which installs windows services into child bundles and adding those bundles to the chain of a parent. Sometimes this worked but several times it would hang on cleaning up rollback files with four threads named after my bundle. (I think I waited more than a half hour once.) I went back to a clean VM several times but would encounter this behavior, so I backed out the child bundles. So far I am not hitting the problem, and the same MSI packages in a single chain are taking about three minuets. So I assume it is related to my hacking.
