Hi Rob, my Test indeed uses wixstdba, in particular :

<BootstrapperApplicationRef
Id="WixStandardBootstrapperApplication.RtfLicense">
      <bal:WixStandardBootstrapperApplication LogoFile="CustomLogo.png"
LicenseFile="CustomEula.rtf" />
    </BootstrapperApplicationRef>

Do you say that a custom Installer using ManagedBootstrapperApplicationHost
would not suffer this limitation, and thus could support downgrades ?
