Seriously, that's not a type, that's the MWM hint which we already have.

SELF_MANAGED gives us useful information besides no border, for example
a WM could honor certain configure requests on such a window that it
would ignore on other windows.

That's why it's useful to understand the MWM hint usages and bring them
into the semantic type system as appropriate.
