Motivated by Tamas' observations from yesterday, I think
the following can be done to clear the artwork license
confusion. It boils down to the fact that Alfredo Kojima
made the change to Marco's artwork license in March 2000,
from OpenContent License to the GPL.

Furthermore, I also deleted WindowMaker/xtree.dat, but
the patch is unreadable because it is a binary thing,
so I removed it from this patch series (but it is in #next
in case someone wants to look at it).
