I renamed INSTALL to INSTALL-WMAKER, removed 'missing', 'install-sh'
and 'mkinstalldirs' and added them to .gitignore.

I rebased the patch doing this to before Tamas' configure stuff,
and now things are looking fine here and they are flying to #next
as I write this.
