The legacy wmaker version should definitely be marked as obviously outdated, with a stable release still waiting to materialize.
Furthermore, i think that GNUstep has no real relevance or importance for any WindowMaker user. I doubt that the large majority of wmaker users actually bother about GNUstep. I tried to bother years ago, but was unable to see the point with all the application development and improvements happening mostly in GNOME, KDE, XFCE, etc. As much as i like GNUstep (i still have NeXTSTEP installation media), it is time to cut the strings that keep WindowMaker attached to a past that never held it's promise. It is time to move on. The website looks nice and all, but i miss some pointers to Martin's builds and the liquid lemur web site wich hosts a live WMaker ISO. Isn't the main point of such a website to provide real information instead of just superficial presentation? -- To unsubscribe, send mail to [email protected].
